Privacy policy · Flow Scheduler & Memory ‑ LG
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This policy explains which data the Flow Scheduler & Memory ‑ LG app for Shopify (the “app”) processes. The app adds actions to Shopify Flow that remember things between runs (counters, run once, rate limits, sequences, lookup tables, digests) and a business calendar (opening hours, working days and public holidays).

For the data of the store’s customers, the merchant is the data controller and we act as their data processor, following the merchant’s instructions (the workflows they build).
2. Data about the store’s customers
The app does not read customers, orders or products from Shopify on its own. It only stores what the merchant’s Flow workflows send to its actions:
- counter keys and values, which often contain a customer, order or product ID (for example
orders-1234567890), with the date and amount of each count; - steps scheduled to continue later, with the order, customer or product ID and the label and key given by the merchant;
- the lines added to a daily digest, with the text the merchant chose;
- for the EU OSS threshold, the order ID and its amount in euros.
We recommend using IDs and not names, emails or addresses in keys and digest lines. The app never stores payment data.
3. Data about the merchant
- The store’s domain and the Shopify access session needed to run the app.
- The store’s time zone and billing country, read once from Shopify to set up the calendar.
- The calendar, lookup tables and settings the merchant saves. Team tables may contain staff names, emails and shifts.
- The result of each action run (to answer Flow retries the same way) and the monthly number of operations.
- The plan and the state of the subscription, as reported by Shopify.
4. Purpose, legal basis and retention
This data is used solely to provide the app, on the basis of the contract with the merchant. Action results, digest lines already sent and finished scheduled steps are deleted after 35 days. Counters are kept until the merchant resets them or uninstalls the app. When the app is uninstalled, Shopify notifies us and all the store’s data is deleted (shop/redact). On a customers/redact request we delete the counters, scheduled steps, digest lines and OSS records that contain that customer’s or their orders’ IDs.
5. Hosting and recipients
The app and its data are hosted in the European Union. The only recipient is Shopify, the platform the store runs on. Exchange rates are downloaded from the European Central Bank without sending it any data. Public holidays come from OpenHolidays API (data under ODbL) and the open-source library date-holidays (data under CC BY 3.0), also without sending them any data. Data is never sold, shared for other commercial purposes or used to train artificial intelligence models.
6. Your rights
Store customers should first contact the store, which is the data controller. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to appsupport@lineagrafica.es or to the data protection officer at dpo@lbo-abogados.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
7. Changes
If the processing changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top amended.
